Lightweight models


These high quality professional headsets are made by leading manufacturers and are ideal for many applications in low ambient noise environments. With the addition of a retaining harness they may be used in air-fed protective suit hoods.

The headsets are supplied configured for use with the Sigma Intercom equipment. Various lead lengths and other options are available.


Monaural (single ear) headsets

VR HEADSET 164 The 'KVR' ultra-lightweight headset.---Part No. 164

A single ear very lightweight headset with exceptional performance manufactured by Emkay Innovative Products. Designed for professional use it is both comfortable, stable and durable in use.

The unique ear-loop design holds the speaker away from the ear allowing all-round awareness of surroundings. The design allows for comfortable use with spectacles and, also avoids the need for ear cushions and covers.

Weighing just 35 grams (excluding connector) this headset makes for ease and comfort in prolonged use. The adjustable headband with cushioned pad provides support over the head.

The headset features a noise cancelling subminiature microphone on a fully adjustable boom-arm.


3 in 1 Profile headset


The 'Profile' 3-in-1 headset---Part No. 160-P

This single side earphone headset comes complete with adaptors that allow a choice of three methods of wearing the headset.



Designed for professional use and well engineered, the headset offers excellent performance. It features a noise-cancelling miniature microphone on a fully adjustable boom-arm.

The soft cushioned earpads are replaceable.

Binaural (twin earphone) headsets

The 'Profile' binaural headset---Part No. 162-P

A twin earphone lightweight headset fitted with miniature noise-cancelling boom-arm microphone. A very well designed and engineered headset for professional use with the unique feature of having the connection lead to only one side of the headset, while having phone reception in both ears. The boom-arm and headband are fully adjustable, providing comfortable wear over prolonged use.

As with the 3-in-1 version above, the cushioned earpads are replaceable. This headset is designed and manufactured by GN Netcom Ltd.
